These are the six plans the portal lists.
What's included
- 1 Gbps unmetered network on every tier
- Cloud-init bootstrap (Debian 12 by default; cloud images for the others are operator-staged)
- VNC console from the customer portal, proxied through the API as a one-shot WebSocket ticket
- Hourly meter; monthly invoice on the 1st of the month, in EUR
- Bank transfer or card-on-file (Stripe is on the roadmap; not wired into the portal yet)
- 23% Irish VAT, with reverse-charge for EU businesses holding a VAT id
What's not included
- No anti-cheat / VM-detection evasion. Guests see the host's real CPU. No CPUID masking, no firmware/ACPI/SMBIOS tampering.
- No nested virtualisation. VMs inside your VM are not supported. Pay for a second dedi.ie VM.
- No per-GB egress. The SLA does not bill per GB and does not throttle at a "fair use" threshold.
- No live-migration between CPU families. Within Intel or within AMD only, after a CPU-feature check.
Billing shape
The invoice is a flat monthly rate in EUR per active service — the price shown in the table above. Usage is metered for the record, but the meter does not change what you pay, so the monthly figure is predictable. Invoicing currency is EUR; multi-currency is on the roadmap, not on the closed-beta surface.
